"Thousands of children around the world are believed to be born to Catholic priests, yet our stories remain hidden in the shadows. I was one of them. At age 8, I learned the man raising me wasn’t my biological father. It wasn’t until decades later, through DNA testing, that I discovered the truth: my father was a Catholic priest.
What followed was a six-year battle for recognition from the Church, filled with denial, deflection, and trauma. But I refused to back down. I now hold a corrected birth certificate and a voice for thousands like me."
